Mass Effect 3 demo coming in February
Mass Effect 3 is again in the news this week as it has just been announced that demos for all versions (Xbox 360, PS3 and PC) will all be dropping on Valentines Day (February 14th), so any single gamers can have a little something to look forward to, and coupled-up gamers can begin planning their excuses....
Multiplayer demos will also be coming on the 17th of February, or on the 14th as well for those lucky enough to have unlocked early access through activating a Battlefield 3 online pass, or through other means.

Demos coming to the 3DS
In more demo news, Nintendo have revealed that, starting today, demos will be available through the 3DS eShop, with Resident Evil Revelations being the first available title.
Other titles due for a demo release in the coming months include Metal Gear Solid: Snake Eater 3D, Mario & Sonic at the London 2012 Olympic Games and Rhythm Thief & the Emperor's Treasure (whatever that is...)
Hopefully this will be expanded on in the future and most, if not all, major releases on the 3DS will one day have a demo.

Max Payne 3 delayed until May 15th
In more threequel news, Rockstar Games have announced that the long awaited third installment to the Max Payne series is going to be just that little bit longer.  With it just passed eight years since the last game, this new title has a lot to live up to, as the Max Payne games were some of the best-loved and innovative of the last console generation; but with Rockstar now at the helm, I don't think anyone is particularly worried about the quality of the game as much as wanting to know when they will be able to play it!

Iron Man 3 filming to begin in May
Even more threequel news! (Another good year for third installments...)
Don Cheadle (Rhodey/War Machine) recently confirmed that filming for the latest Iron Man film will begin this May, with an eye towards a May 2013 release date.  He also told that the script is more "action-packed" and features a lot more interaction between his character and Robert Downey Junior's Tony Stark.
I can't find myself getting excited about this film just yet, with Avengers and the new Batman film out this year, I'm not really looking further ahead than this summer; saying that, both Iron Man films have been very solid superhero films, so I'm sure once the summer is over I can geek out over this film as well!
